We will not issue a refund on items lost or damaged during transit. Returned items require a Delivery Confirmation. Include tracking number in correspondence to seller. A refund on returns will only be processed on items received in the original condition that they were shipped. No returns accepted after 14 days of delivery conformation or receiving item. Buyer must contact seller immediately through eBay e-mail to discuss returns prior to doing so.
