This is a Newly removed from box and very hard to find, OOAK condition Mattel 2013 Model Muse Birthday Wishes Barbie. Her
long hair has been restyled in long,  flowing curls, and held off her face by a replacement pink ribbon headband with a bow. Her lips are a soft pink, creating a youthful yet sophisticated effect. She is wearing her original faux pearl earrings. She is picture perfect!
