This is a case lot of 12 bottles for one price.
All the bottles look to be full.  Not sure how much ullage there is supposed to be in a full bottle.
The bottles contain a powder of some kind to activate compost.
Instructions say 8oz of powder + 1 gallon of water + 300 pounds damp compost
see pictures for instructions and maker's claims.
Ships in the pictured box covered in craft paper or outer box if available.

I think all bottles are full.

Shipping for this item is based on 15 pounds.  The item will be packaged in a box measuring about 13 x 10 x 7 inches or similar.
Shipping boxes, padded envelopes, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts are mostly previously used.
