    Used. This item comes in non-original packaging.  It has scuffs, scratches, dings, dents, and a lot of surface rust from normal use.  Some of the stickers/labels are worn off.

    When power was applied this scrubber ran smoothly.  We used it to clean an area of our floor with no problems.  No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
