Shipping
Thank you for your purchase of one of my items. I hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase and stop by again. Please note that your shipping charges include actual shipping, insurance and any handling and packaging it may take to ensure that your item arrives safely. I have no control over your package once it leaves my hands. Since they are all insured, if something arrives broken an insurance claim has to be filed.THE BUYER HAS TO FILE A CLAIM THROUGH THE USPS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE REFUND. IF YOU NEED HELP IN THIS MATTER EMAIL ME AND I'LL DO WHAT I CAN. I will package your item with great care. Money is not made on shipping. I usually lose money on shipping since ebay takes a percentage out.
Terms of Sale

If the item is not what you expected when you receive it, and has been grossly misrepresented, you may return the item for a full refund. To receive a refund the item must be returned in the same condition that it was originally shipped in and it must be insured. Request for a refund must be made within the time frame indicated. IF IT ARRIVES BROKEN BUYER MUST FILE A CLAIM THROUGH THE POST OFFICE.
