    Grease traps are designed for removing isolating Fat, Oil Grease (F.O.G) from drainage water. This Commercial Grade Grease Trap is constructed of TIG welded 11 gauge (1/8 inch thick) carbon steel a corrosion resistant coating. It features a non skid cover (deck plate) removable baffle, which makes maintanence easy accessible. The cover also features a locking device to ensure lid stays securely closed. Both Ends of the Grease Interceptor accept no-hub adapters for steel or plastic. The T-Vent Pipe Flow Control Tee is included. Certified the Plumbing Drainage Institute. John Boos Grease Traps are available in a variety sizes, ranging from 8 to 100 pound capacities.
