I have over 3000 items to list.    I am selling my entire 10+ yr collection of Halloween village pieces.
ALL ITEMS WORKED PERFECTLY WHEN THEY WERE PACKED AWAY.
From a SMOKE & PET FREE HOME
If you are new to LEMAX they are not well made.  All the small detail items are simply super glued to the ceramic piece.
Many times I have purchased a brand new piece & had small parts loose inside.  Older pieces/ buildings the glue simply has dried out & the pieces fall off.
Like most people I just glue them back into place.
This will not be an acceptable reason to open a case for a refund. Only if the piece does not work & proof must be provided will a refund be made.
As I only HAVE ONE of each item.  there will be no RETURNS ACCEPTED and I CANNOT offer a replacement if something happens during shipping.
I will combine shipping for items offered during the same 7 day auction period.  I don't have the space to hold items for longer than that, sorry.  Payment is due within 3 days.
