    Cosmetic Condition
    The burnisher is in fair cosmetic condition. It has scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use.
    The cord appears to have been previously repaired. Some plastic where a pad connects to the pad driver appears to be a bit cracked.

    Testing
    We tested the burnisher by plugging it in and powering it on.
    It seems to run, but does make grinding noise while running. We were unable to determine what was causing the noise.
    This is the full extent of the testing performed. We do not have the equipment or expertise necessary to fully test this device.
