    Included here are the Golden Gift Emporium catalog from 1978 (23 pages of offers), what appear to be a lunch and a dinner menu from 1975 with the names of the stewardesses written on back of the lunch menu, a DC10 emergency evacuation card, a prayer leaflet for saying grace before a meal, an embossed napkin and a feedback form.
