Moderate to heavy edge ware with edge line denting, chipping, creasing and tears. Corners are rounded with moderate to heavy creasing and crushing. Overall creases are minor to moderate. Soiling/darkening is moderate and heavier along the borders. The binding has some rusted staples that have transferred rust marks onto some pages. The binding has detached from some of the pages. The fold-out map is exceptionally fragile and has tears, holes and some paper loss. A few surface imperfections.
