    Featured is MY SCENE Chelsea!  Chelsea is in TLC condition.  Her right hand has a bend and her thumb is smashed a bit (see photo).  I can't tell if she's had a hair trim.  Her fashion and accessories are in very good condition.  She does not have her earrings.
