Never been down or repaired. Works Proper and Perfect. Warranty sticker still intact.
This is the last of the good stuff to come out of Precision Power before their demise to DEI. As you can see this amp is in great condition,

all the plugs,
and is 100% functional.

I highly recommend this amplifier not be connected at less than 2 Ohms as this amp produces its max power at 2 Ohms.
