World War II Welcome Home Victory Banner for Daughter in Service.
Material:  Felt banner.  Wooden dowel with gold ends and blue hanging cord.  Gold trim along bottom.
Size: Approximately 22 1/2”
x 17 1/2”.
"Welcome Home" with V for Victory.  Features two 48-star American flags and American eagle.
Word "Daughter" in gold was added in 1945 by the family of the WASP/WAVE/WAAC who returned home after the war.
*Purchased in the 1970s from the original family and in storage since then.*
Extremely rare WWII collectible.  Amazing addition to any collection!
