This is a hardback book with a leather spine and corners that is in good condition.
It has gold gilt lettering and patterns on the surface, spine, and top page edge.
It is approximately 9-1/2" x 11-1/2" with 250 pages.
The cover has some shelf wear including rubbing and raw areas on the surface, edges, and corners.
The bottom outside corner of the front cover is slightly bowed inward.
There are no marks, missing pages, tears, or creasing on any of the pages with the exception of a very tiny missing corner at the bottom of one of the pages.
There is a bookplate attached to the second page of the book.
The pages, binding, and spine are intact.
The pages have turned tan with age.

I could not find any date of publication, but from what I could find I believe it to be published around 1894 or 1895, but cannot be certain.
