The Smith Light Commercial Grease Interceptor is ideal for use in commercial kitchens and restaurants, and for residential kitchens that produce a lot of grease. It is a high-capacity grease trap that comes with a non-skid diamond plate cover to prevent it from sliding around on the floor. This grease trap has a flow control so that it can be connected to dishwashers or kitchens sinks. It has a capacity of 70 gallons and can withstand up to 35 psi, so it is strong enough to handle high volume grease, oil and fat. It has a coated fabricated steel material that is corrosion resistant and will ensure years of reliable use.
