Sony Super Beta Hi-Fi (SL-HF900) - Nice Condition w/ Remote, Manual & Demo Tape!

I am NOT an AV guy, so my testing on this was limited as most of these functions are way beyond my technical knowhow.  What I did test were the basics - play, rewind, eject, etc.  What I tested worked, but the tape did get sticky coming out when I ejected it once.  Didn't do it every time, and the one time it did, it came out far enough that I could still get it.  This player has been sitting for 30 years and will absolutely need to be cleaned and/or serviced to get it back to 100 percent.  I have reduced the price to include the need for this and have also marked it as "parts not working" just to cover myself and prevent a "heavy box return" in case some untested feature doesn't work.  The player seems to be in excellent condition, just a little dusty inside.
It came from a Froelich Fotovideo video transfer setup, and hasn't ben used since the early to mid 90s - probably not long after it came out.  It was just sitting in the person's house for 20 years before I bought it a few years ago.  Never found a need for a Betamax player, so I figure someone else needs to enjoy it!
This is a heavy player (25 pounds on the VCR alone) and will be a heavy box.  That's why the shipping is high.
