"I'm Head Over Heels For You"
Spencer is from the Winter Bear Festival Series.  He's in MINT condition with BOX and COA, completed.  Item # 269743.  Issued in 1997 and retired in 2000.
Spencer has been out skiing and taken a tumble.  He's lying on sparkling snow.  One piece of his ski is on the snow and the rest of the ski is sticking up from the snow.  He has managed to keep the other ski on his foot.  He has on a green jacket with white buttons, and a white patch on one elbow. He has a blue hat with a white tassel still in place on his head.  Around his neck is a blue scarf with white designs on the end.  He still has one ski pole in his hand, but the other one has broken.  Poor Spencer, he may be out for the rest of ski season.
