    Description

    An Merit Windsor Deluxe 1500 floor finishing machine.PICKUP ONLY. It does power on, and rotates when the left or right handle is pulled. The release handle allows the handle to drop down as it should. It does not have any weird sounds while running. It is a little jumpy while running, but from a non expert ( that has not ran one before), I am guessing that is just the way it is?This was a used surplus machine from the U of Iowa, so it does show soiling and wear, scrapes and scuff, etc from use. Paint wore off of handle from use. Missing part of the pad on bottom as shown, so that would need replaced. I think it is supposed to have 2 wheels on the back, but they are missing as shown. On the bottom side of the handle, there is a fuse button, on the other side there is a hole, so not sure if it had something else there or just an extra hole, please see photos for best description.
