Vintage 3D Thayer Happy Sad Clown Art on Wood Board Flowers

Description

3D Thayer Clown art.  Pretty rough.  Needs cleaning.  Crack in bottom of wood but doesn't effect the overall art.  Total measurements are 10 1/2" x 5" x .75"
This piece features a happy/sad clown with a "Keep off the Grass" sign and flowers.  There is some what appears to be newsprint.  I am unsure if it transferred from being wrapped or if it is part of the piece.
