    You are looking at a 1986 brochure and application for the Continental Gold MasterCard which was, I believe, the first airline-credit card partnership. The brochure is completely clean and unmarked, and is in very good shape. The colors are bright and vivid, but one corner is slightly dog-eared, and this has led to small tears at one of the perforations. It should be pretty easy to see by zooming into the photos.
