Vintage German Wood Plate
Visual Description:
Very neat estate find - hand painted wooden plate with German Crests around the rim.  The center shows a crest that is topped with what looks like "Sgt. John G.(?) Glass" and below with "Night Hides Not" / 2nd Msl. Bn."  The outside rim with the crests are labeled.
Identity/Marks:
On the back: Kunstgewerbe / kirchenbauer - Marz / Karlsruhe-West / Gabelsbergerstr. ll. Tel. 52534 / handgemalt.
Measures:
11 1/8" diameter.
Condition:
Excellent vintage condition, no cracks; some slight paint wear as would be expected.
