(NOTE - This bow was purchased at an estate auction and had been stored in a shop.  Normal signs of wear from use, age, and storage.
The finish has some cracks/striations above and below the handle on the area of natural color - facing away as you hold to shoot.  I tried to clearly show this issue in the photos.  The ends look solid.)

This bow was purchased on eBay on 4/1/21.  The Buyer decided to return the bow because of the cracks/striations mentioned above and shown in the photos.  Before returning it, the Buyer performed a partial restoration.  He cleaned the bow, restored operation of the site, and added a string.  His concern was potential failure of the bow in the area of the cracks/striations.
I am not a bow expert and cannot provide an evaluation of this issue.  I am happy to answer any questions or provide additional photos.
