WELCOME TO GERMANY travel brochure was published circa 1936 by Reichsbahnzentrale measuring 9" x 4" opening to approx. 29 1/2" with color illustrations on both sides. Text is in English. Illustrations are from designs by Hermann Schneider.
The brochure references the 1936 Berlin Olympics "...the largest and finest arenas in the world were constructed for the Olympic games in Berlin in the summer of 1936. The laying-out of the Reich Sportsfield, which is a model of its kind, was arranged and carried out in accordance with the decisive ideas of the Fuhrer and Reich Chancellor Adolf Hitler; it is a structure for the community, a community which includes all civilized nations in the world."
